Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat

3 garlic cloves minced
4 tablespoons butter
½ cup water or beef broth
1 pound green beans trimmed
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the beef stew meat, baby potatoes, onion soup mix, garlic powder, sea salt, and ground black pepper.
- Stir in the minced garlic, butter, and water or beef broth.
