Ingredients

16 oz whole milk ricotta cheese (drained of excess liquid)
Juice from 1/2 small lemon
2 tbsp honey
2/3 cup dried cranberries (chopped for even distribution)
Flaky sea salt
Cracked black pepper
Balsamic glaze (generous drizzle)
2 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely minced for best flavor)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and salt, and mix until smooth.
- Add the ricotta cheese, lemon juice, and honey to the bowl, and whip until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the whipped ricotta to a serving dish and smooth out the top.
