1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and cooked penne, mixing until well combined.

- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
