Ingredients
1 lb (454 g) medium shrimp
peeled and deveined
8 oz (227 g) linguine pasta
4 tbsp (57 g) butter
4 garlic cloves
minced
1/4 cup (59 ml) chicken broth
1/4 cup (59 ml) lemon juice
1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup (15 g) chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup (55 g) Panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp (28 g) melted butter
1 tsp (2 g) lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 4 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice; stir to combine.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and mix well. Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and lemon zest. Sprinkle the mixture over the pasta.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.

Notes
For an extra kick, consider adding red pepper flakes to the shrimp while cooking. You can also substitute the shrimp with chicken or keep it vegetarian by using vegetables.
