Ingredients
2 tablespoons neutral oil
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
fried wonton strips
1 cup vegetable oil
6 sheets wonton wrappers sliced into thin strips
3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
3 cups finely shredded romaine lettuce
2 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken
1/4 cup matchstick cut radishes
3 tablespoons sliced almonds
1/2 avocado sliced
1/2 recipe sesame ginger dressing
Instructions
- Heat the neutral oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked quinoa and toast until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate pan, heat vegetable oil and fry the wonton strips until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, romaine lettuce, rotisserie chicken, radishes, and sliced almonds.
- Add the crispy quinoa and fried wonton strips to the salad mixture.
