Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened and fragrant.

- Pour in the white wine, allowing it to simmer and reduce for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the heavy cream, cooked lobster meat, and shrimp to the skillet. Mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes, then remove from heat.
