Ingredients
2 lbs Chicken tenders

2 tbsp Olive oil
1 stick Butter
8–10 cloves Garlic
minced
1 tbsp Hot sauce
2 teaspoons Red pepper flakes
1/3 cup Fresh parsley
minced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
grated
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken with olive oil and seasoning ingredients, mixing well to coat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers, making sure they are evenly spaced.
- Grill skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
- While the chicken is grilling, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Once cooked, drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the skewers and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning and olive oil mixture for at least 30 minutes before grilling. Adjust the amount of hot sauce and red pepper flakes to suit your spice preference.
