Ingredients

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, milk, large eggs, melted butter, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it evenly into a thin layer.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to lift and the underside is golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional minute on the other side.
