Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic, onions, and celery until soft.
- Add the boneless chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add carrots, mushrooms, and your choice of base (rice, potatoes, or pasta) to the skillet.
