Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and heavy whipping cream to prepare the salted caramel sauce. Stir continuously until dissolved, then bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in fine sea salt. Allow to cool slightly.
