stems removed
ends trimmed
and halved
1 tablespoon melted ghee or butter
½ teaspoon fine salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved radishes with melted ghee or butter, fine salt, black pepper, and minced garlic until evenly coated.
- Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with dried herbs, and drizzle with Ranch dressing if desired.
