Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a blender or food processor, combine fresh spinach, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using) until smooth.
  • Brush both sides of each corn tortilla with the spinach mixture.
  • Stack the tortillas and cut them into triangles to create chip shapes.
