Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of tequila, 1 ounce of passionfruit juice, 1 ounce of raspberry syrup, 3/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice, and 1/2 ounce of simple syrup.
  • Add 1 egg white or 2 tablespoons of aquafaba to the shaker for frothiness.
  • Dry shake (without ice) the mixture for about 15 seconds to create froth.
  • Add large ice cubes to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Double strain the cocktail into a chilled glass to remove any pulp and ice shards.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wheel for a beautiful presentation.
