Passionfruit juice
Raspberry syrup
Lime juice

Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of tequila, 1 ounce of passionfruit juice, 1 ounce of raspberry syrup, 3/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice, and 1/2 ounce of simple syrup.
- Add 1 egg white or 2 tablespoons of aquafaba to the shaker for frothiness.
- Dry shake (without ice) the mixture for about 15 seconds to create froth.
- Add large ice cubes to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
- Double strain the cocktail into a chilled glass to remove any pulp and ice shards.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wheel for a beautiful presentation.

For best results, ensure all ingredients are fresh. Adjust sweetness by modifying the simple syrup according to the tartness of your passionfruit juice.
