Delight in these charming Puff Pastry Easter Nests filled with Nutella and crowned with colorful mini eggs, perfect for celebrating the holiday.

1 Puff Pastry Sheet
100 g Nutella (Around Half a Jar)
1 Egg
Nest Toppings / Decorations
1 Pack Mini Eggs (80g)
12 tsp Chocolate Icing (Or Extra Nutella)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth any creases.
- Cut the pastry into circles using a cookie cutter or a glass, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk the egg and brush the edges of the pastry circles to give them a golden color when baked.
- Using a smaller cutter, create a smaller circle in the center of each pastry circle to form a nest shape, then remove the inner circles.
- Fill the center of each puff pastry nest with Nutella.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Decorate with mini eggs and drizzle chocolate icing or additional Nutella on top as desired.
Notes
For extra crunch, you can sprinkle crushed nuts or shredded coconut as additional toppings.
