These Perfect Ground Turkey Burgers in the Oven are juicy, flavorful, and easy to make, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

1.25 lb ground turkey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
4 slices cheese
4 brioche buns
4 slices tomato
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices bacon
4 tbsp mayo
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 °F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet, and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- About 5 minutes before they are done, add a slice of cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- While the burgers are cooking, toast the brioche buns for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a patty with melted cheese, a slice of bacon, and a tablespoon of mayo on each bun.
