These Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars are a delightful, healthy no-bake snack that combines the richness of peanut butter with the creaminess of Greek yogurt. Perfect for a quick treat!
Ingredients
2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup natural creamy peanut butter
2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
optional toppings: dark chocolate chips
crushed nuts or granola
fresh berries or banana slices
chia seeds
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into a lined baking dish or silicone mold, spreading it evenly.
- Swirl in additional peanut butter for flavor and decoration if desired.
- Add any optional toppings or mix-ins, pressing them lightly into the yogurt mixture.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and freeze for about 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, remove from the dish and cut into bars. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to your preference by varying the amount of honey or maple syrup. These bars can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer for a quick snack.
