Ingredients

1 cup fresh peaches

diced

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup butter

melted

1 package donut dough (store-bought is great)

8 oz cream cheese

softened

1/4 cup honey

1 egg

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  • In a bowl, mix diced peaches with 1/4 cup of sugar, and set aside for a few minutes to macerate.
  • In another bowl, combine melted butter, donut dough, and the remaining sugar until well mixed.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, honey, and egg until smooth.
  • Fold the macerated peaches into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spoon donut dough into the pan, filling each cavity halfway.
  • Add a dollop of the peach cheesecake mixture on top of the dough.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each donut.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
