Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional onion or garlic powder.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are fully coated and combined.
