Ingredients

6 medium size to small size sweet onions
1 stick of salted butter (8 tablespoons)
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Dried Parsley
Cajun Seasoning
Paprika
6 to 8 cloves of garlic
A couple of shakes of soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel the onions and slice them in half, placing them cut side up in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Add garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, dried parsley, Cajun seasoning, and paprika to the melted butter, mixing well.
- Drizzle the mixture over the onions evenly, then sprinkle with soy sauce.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the onions are tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm as a flavorful side dish.
