3 tbsp brown sugar

3 tsp corn starch

3 tbsp sesame oil


Instructions

  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the pressed garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the broccoli and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the hot water, soy sauce, brown sugar, corn starch, and sesame oil until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli mixture, stirring until everything is well coated and the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
