Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract for the crust. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in whipped cream and chopped strawberries gently.
  • Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • For the strawberry crunch topping, combine crushed graham crackers, sliced almonds, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until combined.
