8 oz cream cheese (softened and full fat)
White chocolate chips or melting wafers
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture into the egg molds, pressing it in firmly, and create a small indentation in the center of each for filling if desired.
- Freeze the molds for about 20 minutes or until the mixture is firm.
- Melt the white chocolate chips or melting wafers according to package instructions.
- Once the chocolate is melted, dip each chilled Oreo egg in the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Place the coated Oreo balls on a parchment-lined tray and let them set until the chocolate hardens.
