1 package of refrigerated croissant dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Cooking spray or parchment paper (for baking)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
- Layer a spoonful of mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni on the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle tightly from the wide end to the tip and place them on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolled croissant dough for a golden finish.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
