¾ cup milk

2–3 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk in the milk, egg, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the doughnuts and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- For the glaze (optional), mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth, then drizzle over warm doughnuts.
