Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

- Preheat your mini pancake popper machine and lightly grease it with cooking spray or melted butter.
- Pour a small amount of batter into each section of the machine, close the lid, and cook according to your machine’s instructions, usually about 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
