Ingredients
1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic
minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
to taste
1 cup marinara sauce
12 slider buns
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until they are cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a meatball on each slider bun, topping with marinara sauce, and sprinkling shredded mozzarella on top.
