Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If using fresh spinach, sauté it in a pan until wilted; if using frozen spinach, thaw and drain well.
- In a bowl, combine the spinach, crumbled feta, chopped dill, parsley, and oregano.
- Lay out the phyllo or puff pastry on a clean surface, and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square and fold the edges to form a crisp.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and arrange them on the baking sheet.
