3/4 cup (150 g) White sugar
2 tbsp Matcha powder
1 tbsp (7 g) Cornstarch
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3 Large eggs

3/4 cup (180 ml) Thickened/Heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add in the matcha powder, cornstarch, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Finally, fold in the thickened cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is set and golden.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a stronger matcha flavor, you can increase the amount of matcha powder to taste. Make sure to use high-quality matcha for the best results.
