Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup granulated sugar or a low-calorie sweetener equivalent
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, sugar or sweetener, cocoa powder, whole wheat flour, applesauce, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
