Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes peeled and diced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping
1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
1/4 cup milk or more for desired creaminess
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup green onions chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
