Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  • Add the powdered sugar and lemon zest, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • If using, melt the white chocolate chips and add food coloring if desired.
  • Dip the chilled truffles in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Place back on the tray and chill until the chocolate sets.

Notes
