Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, crushed red-pepper flakes, and ground ginger.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked beef and stir until well combined. Let simmer for a few minutes.
