2 green onions

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, crushed red-pepper flakes, and ground ginger.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
