1 tbsp milk of choice
2/3 cup finely ground almond flour
3 tbsp powdered erythritol
or powdered sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, milk, almond flour, powdered erythritol, salt, and baking soda.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best flavor, use high-quality natural peanut butter. You can adjust sweetness by varying the amount of erythritol used.
