14 ounces Cauliflower florets
cut into bite-size pieces
32 ounces Chicken breast
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 cups Keto Alfredo Sauce
12 ounces Shredded mozzarella cheese
divided
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 6-8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, steam the cauliflower florets until tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed cauliflower, and Keto Alfredo Sauce. Mix well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
