4 cups cauliflower florets
4 cups broccoli florets
12 ounces sliced smoked sausage
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
8 ounces cream cheese
1 medium onion (diced)
3 cloves minced garlic
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sautéing until onion is translucent.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage to the skillet, cooking until browned.
- In a separate saucepan, combine heavy whipping cream and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and heated through.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted, season with salt and pepper.
- In a baking dish, combine the cauliflower and broccoli florets with the sausage mixture, then pour the cheese sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the top is bubbly and golden.
