Iowa Party Bites are a deliciously cheesy and crunchy appetizer perfect for gatherings and celebrations.
Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) bag Tostitos scoops tortilla chips
1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
softened
12 ounces mozzarella cheese
shredded and divided
1 large egg
1 (15-ounce) can sweet corn
drained
1 (4-ounce) can green chiles
drained
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, egg, sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Spoon the mixture into the Tostitos scoops, filling each scoop generously.
- Place the filled tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Iowa Party Bites!
