Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
softened
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup grated Romano cheese
1 clove garlic
peeled and minced
½ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
drained and chopped
½ cup frozen chopped spinach
thawed and drained
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, minced garlic, dried basil, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Fold in the chopped artichoke hearts and thawed, drained spinach until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
