Ingredients

6 oz (170 g) quality dark chocolate
¼ cup hot cocoa mix
Mini marshmallows if desired
Sprinkles if desired
Other fillings as desired
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate into silicone molds, covering the edges and creating a hollow shell. Let them set in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Once set, gently remove the chocolate shells from the molds.
- Fill half of the shells with the hot cocoa mix, mini marshmallows, and any additional fillings you like.
- Heat a plate in the microwave for a few seconds, then place an empty shell on the plate to melt the edges slightly. Attach another shell on top to seal it.
- Decorate with sprinkles if desired. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
- To enjoy, drop a hot chocolate bomb into a cup of hot milk and stir to combine!
