  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped chocolate, dutch process cocoa powder, whole milk powder, granulated sugar, and fine sea salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well combined, ensuring the chocolate is evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the hot chocolate mix into an airtight container for storage.
  • To prepare, heat 1 cup of hot water or milk and mix in 1/4 cup of the hot chocolate mix until fully dissolved. Enjoy!
