1/2 cup dutch process cocoa powder
1 1/4 cup whole milk powder
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- Finely chop the bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped chocolate, dutch process cocoa powder, whole milk powder, granulated sugar, and fine sea salt.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined, ensuring the chocolate is evenly distributed.
- Transfer the hot chocolate mix into an airtight container for storage.
- To prepare, heat 1 cup of hot water or milk and mix in 1/4 cup of the hot chocolate mix until fully dissolved. Enjoy!
