1 cup artichoke hearts

1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
2 cloves garlic
minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top for added heat.
