This Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip combines tender chicken with tangy buffalo sauce and creamy Greek yogurt for a guilt-free appetizer that’s perfect for parties.

2 cups cooked
shredded chicken
½ cup buffalo sauce
1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
½ cup small curd cottage cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese divided (can also sub half crumbled blue cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with your favorite veggies or tortilla chips.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your spice tolerance. This dip can also be served cold as a spread.
