½ cup buffalo sauce

1 cup nonfat greek yogurt

½ cup small curd cottage cheese

2 cups cheddar cheese divided (can also sub half crumbled blue cheese)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is melted.
