1 lb ground chicken breast
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup almond flour
1 large egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Parchment paper
1–2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Your favorite toppings (e.g.
pepperoni
mushrooms
peppers)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a round pizza crust, about ½ inch thick.
- Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and brush the crust with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
