Instructions

- Add garlic parsley salt, fresh thyme, and oil to the bowl, mixing well to coat the salmon evenly.
- Skewering the salmon cubes, alternating with lemon wedges on the skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra lemon if desired.
