1 lb green beans
ends trimmed
4 cloves garlic

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon drippings in the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add the green beans and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and bright green.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cracked black pepper, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Return the crispy bacon to the skillet, mixing well to combine. If desired, season with sea or kosher salt to taste.
- Serve warm as a delightful side dish.
