Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
