½ teaspoon ground pepper

3 large cloves garlic

grated

1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth or chicken broth

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, thyme, salt, pepper, and grated garlic.
  • Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss them until thoroughly coated in the mixture.
