10 10″ flour tortillas
non stick cooking spray
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 granny smith apples
1 lemon
2 kiwis
1 lb strawberries
1/2 lb raspberries optional
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp preserves strawberry or raspberry
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
- Spray both sides of each tortilla with non-stick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on both sides of the tortillas.
- Cut the tortillas into triangles and place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- While the chips are baking, prepare the fruit salsa: peel and dice the apples, kiwis, and strawberries.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced fruits, squeeze the lemon juice over them, and add brown sugar and preserves.
- Gently mix until well combined.
- Serve the warm cinnamon sugar tortilla chips alongside the fresh fruit salsa.
