Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites are a quick, healthy, and delicious snack that combines the creaminess of Greek yogurt with the richness of peanut butter. Perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings without the guilt!
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Mini dark chocolate chips
Crushed peanuts or granola
A drizzle of melted chocolate or peanut butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into mini silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each compartment about three-quarters full.
- If using, add optional toppings such as mini dark chocolate chips, crushed peanuts, or granola on top of each bite.
- Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, carefully remove the bites from the molds and serve immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Feel free to customize your bites with different toppings or flavors of yogurt. For a creamier texture, always use full-fat Greek yogurt!
