1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix (about 3 cups)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon Kelly green gel food coloring
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and Kelly green gel food coloring. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle the tops of the cookies with granulated sugar.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, dust the cookies with powdered sugar for an extra touch.
Notes
