Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes, spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, cheese, and cooked protein to the egg mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
